Setting: Hybrid / Outpatient Group Practice

Brighter Life Therapy is a growing, clinician-centered group psychotherapy practice serving clients across Massachusetts. We are looking for thoughtful, motivated therapists who want the freedom and autonomy of private practice, while still having the support, structure, and community of a team.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is tech-friendly, self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently. At the same time, we are looking for clinicians who value connection with like-minded colleagues, clinical consultation, and the option to participate in weekly team meetings for case discussion, support, and professional community.

We are not a corporate therapy platform. That is part of our value. Brighter Life is a privately owned, human-centered group practice where clinicians are trusted to do meaningful work, develop their own clinical voice, and provide quality care in the way they know how.

What We Take Care Of

We handle much of the administrative and operational work so clinicians can focus on therapy. This includes:

• Intake calls and client inquiries

• Scheduling support

• Billing and insurance administration

• Marketing and referral generation

• Credentialing support when applicable

• HR and operational support

• Practice systems and technology infrastructure

Our goal is to reduce the busywork that often drains clinicians, while preserving the independence and flexibility that makes private practice appealing.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates are clinicians who are:

• Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts as an LMHC or related mental health professional

• Comfortable using technology, EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and digital communication tools

• Self-starters who can manage their own schedule and caseload responsibly

• Comfortable working independently without needing constant oversight

• Clinically thoughtful, warm, ethical, and reliable

• Interested in being part of a collegial, supportive team

• Open to optional consultation, collaboration, and weekly team meetings

• Passionate about providing high-quality, individualized therapy

We are especially interested in clinicians who work with adults, teens, couples, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity development, or family systems. Experience or interest in EMDR, DBT, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, groups, or psychedelic-assisted/integration work is also welcome.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and based on licensure status, experience, caseload, and role structure. In most cases, even though it takes 3 months to get credentialed with insurance panels, we allow you can start right away by billing under our supervisor's NPI and hit the ground running! Licensed clinicins only. Additional opportunities may be available for groups, workshops, and specialty services.
