Position Overview:

We are seeking licensed clinicians to join our expanding team.  This is an excellent opportunity for professionals  who value collaboration, clinical excellence and the flexibility to build a caseload  aligned with their passions and expertise.

We welcome applicants with certifications and specialties in:

  • Experience working with children ages 3-17
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( Individuals and Groups)
  • Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Disordered Eating /HAES ( health at every size)
  • Substance use disorders
  • LGBTQ/ Gender and identity
  • Trauma Informed Care/EMDR
  • Biofeedback
  • Medication Management
  • Using alternative therapies such as yoga or weightlifting for trauma recovery

 

What You Will Do

  • Provide individual, family and/or group therapy to diverse populations
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
  • Contribute to a supportive and collegial practice culture
  • Participate in community consulting opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

 

What We are Looking For:

  • Active licensure in Massachusetts in good standing (e.g. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT Nurse Practitioner
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence based practices
  • Interest in working with both individuals and family systems
  • Collaborative Mindset and openness to team based care
  • Specialized training or certifications  in one or more of the  areas listed above
