Founded in 1778, Phillips Academy (Andover) is a highly selective, co-educational boarding high school of approximately 1,160 students from 53 countries and 41 U.S. states and territories. The ideal candidate will be a licensed mental health professional with both clinical and leadership experience, particularly in adolescent care. They will be approachable, collaborative, and deeply committed to student well-being. Combining clinical expertise with strategic vision, the Director will provide compassionate leadership within the Sykes Wellness Center, ensuring that counseling and psychological services remain a transformative and trusted cornerstone of life at Andover.
