Couples Therapist – Remote (Sex Therapy Training Opportunity)

About the Role

The Couple’s Project is hiring a licensed, systems-trained therapist to join our growing practice. This is a remote, part-time position for clinicians passionate about couples work and interested in developing expertise in sex therapy. We provide referrals, supervision, and up to 100% tuition reimbursement toward AASECT certification in sex therapy.

What We’re Looking For

• Independently licensed in Massachusetts: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, PsyD, or PhD
• Background in systems theory or relational work
• Energetic, collaborative, and motivated to grow professionally
• Inclusive and affirming: LGBTQ+, kink-aware, sex-positive
• Interested in working with both traditional and non-traditional couples

Position Details

• Remote work (clients located in Massachusetts)
• Part-time contract: 15–30 hours/week
• Must be available for at least:
• 3 afternoon/evening blocks or
• 2 afternoon/evenings and 1 weekend day
